The People Behind RAIYA
Founder & CEO — Rainvault Production
Mandy Mensa-Tutuani is a Ghanaian filmmaker and Alumni of the National Institute of Film and Television, and CEO of Rainvault Production. She worked in the Ghana media space for about thirteen years — from the Miss Ghana organising team to several credits in film, documentary, and commercials. She has worked with international brands such as British Vogue, DSTV, and MAI as producer and costume designer. Her producing credits include the award-winning In Our Hearts, The Human Condition Series, and an episode of the Canadian TV show Soaked in Carnival, and Sankofa by Michaela Coel filmed in Ghana.
Founder & CEO — Ya'se
Kwame Addae is a Ghanaian filmmaker and National Film and Television Institute Alumnus, and CEO of Ya'se. He has been practising in Ghana for the past ten years, working across commercials, music videos, and narrative filmmaking. His directorial debut is the short film Mirrors. His credits include the award-winning In Our Hearts, The Human Condition Series, the award-winning Chioma, and several other films. Kwame is also a film scholar and tutor, mentoring young filmmakers across Ghana through Ghana YMCA initiatives and Digital Film School Africa.
